OUR JOURNEY.

The company was founded in 2013, by Director Brad Green.
Starting off as a Carpenter completing works for some of Sydney’s largest builders in the residential sector, where Brad had spent the previous 10 years perfecting his craft.

From there, Brad grew into a management role in the multi residential sector. Managing projects in excess of $300m, he was able to build strong, long lasting relationships with some of the best trades in Sydney and build unique, large scale quality projects on tight schedules and understand the systems associated in construction, used by Sydney biggest and best builders.
After years of working on these high pressure projects, Brad returned to his passion, building quality homes.

1. Client Pre-Qualifications & Preliminaries

This is the ground-work for a superior build. This stage is all about communication, accuracy & peace of mind.

2. Tender Submissions & Contracts

Meticulously breaking down the plans package and construction documentation. We crunch the numbers and put together a highly detailed tender submission and contract.

3. Construction

Your vision starts taking form. Periodic inspections and walkthroughs are scheduled throughout the build process.

4. Hand Over

There will be a project orientation that consists of a final walk through the home’s systems. Instruction manuals, your keys and your orientation pack will be presented, and you will be enrolled in our warranty program.

5. Your New Home
